This hotel was a bit unexpected. I originally wanted to visit attractions in Xixia District, so I searched for a hotel with good reviews. It turned out to be in a tourist attraction, which was amazing. The hotel has an annex and a main building. Try to stay in the main building. The overall facilities of the annex are the same as those of a hospital ward. I asked the staff and they said it was a nursing home before. It feels a bit scary. Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't care.
The facilities in the main building of the hotel are much newer, and breakfast and hot springs are also convenient. However, the hot springs are really mediocre, especially the shower area, which has a smell. Maybe it's because of the May Day holiday.
The attractions are quite novel, and I saw the most people during the May Day holiday. The quality of various performances is very high, and the NPCs are very dedicated and professional, and their appearance is also online. I watched the Helan Festival and the big circus, and the price-performance ratio is not bad.
The service is generally good, whether it is the restaurant or the guest room, the service awareness is not bad.

ZhiyindelvxingWe came here specifically because of its reputation. While it wasn't cheap, the experience was truly exceptional.
1. **Stunning Desert Landscape:** The vast desert at dusk, watching the magnificent sunset, was breathtakingly beautiful.
2. **Excellent Entertainment Facilities:** Our room opened right onto the desert, and the hotel provided various toys for children. A single sandboard kept my child entertained with sand sliding all afternoon.
3. **Shapotou Scenic Area Tickets:** We received complimentary transport to the desert area, where we could either play or take a shuttle bus to the Yellow River area.
4. **Impressive Dining:** The dinner buffet with individual hot pots offered a wide variety of ingredients, leaving us feeling very satisfied. Breakfast was also above average, and there was even a complimentary late-night snack service.
5. **Other Amenities:** In the evenings, there were small concerts and stargazing classes.
6. **Room Facilities:** The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and quite spacious.
7. **Service Quality:** The service deserves high praise; they were almost always able to accommodate our requests.
Overall, it's definitely worth experiencing if you get the chance. For a more budget-friendly option, traveling during the off-season would likely be even better.

This hotel is perfect for young children. My little one absolutely loved the courtyard, the hot tub, and the second-floor terrace. Stepping out of the courtyard, you're right on the dunes, perfect for endless digging – they were even happier than when they first saw the ocean! The hotel's public facilities are excellent; they even have a proper hydraulic-driven excavator experience.
The environment is beautiful and great for photos. The overall design is a Moroccan rammed earth style, similar to what you'd find in Marrakech or Ouarzazate, which is quite rare in China.
The stargazing conditions in Zhongwei are superb. If you love the night sky, you can't go wrong here.
However, there were a few areas that weren't so great.
First, there was an abundance of commercial photo shoots, which really detracted from the vacation feel.
Second, the service level could be improved. While all the staff were very polite, the management and process design need work.
Third, the food quality was not good. Breakfast was entirely buffet-style, with the only live station being noodles. There was no à la carte menu at all. The buffet and à la carte options for lunch and dinner were also disappointing, a significant mismatch given the room rates.

The hotel facilities and hardware are good, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only thing that is surprising is the service attitude, especially at the front desk. During the entire check-in, the person was cold and dejected, as if she owed her two buckets of rice. Breakfast The waiter also had no sense of service. When asked if there were fried eggs, the answer was no. The machine was broken, as if it was a matter of course. Western pastries were provided for breakfast, but no knives and forks were provided. I had to spread the bread with my mouth and dig out the jam with chopsticks! As a service industry, I believe this is closely related to the general manager of the hotel. I hope it will attract attention!

KaixindepingzidepingziThe room was clean and sanitary. I stayed here for three days. Breakfast is also good. There are steamed cereals, Western pastries, cold dishes and hot dishes every day. They are very child-friendly and basically not spicy. Yogurt, pudding, milk, soy milk and porridge are available. Diagonally opposite the hotel is Xiangyang Street (BBQ Street).
The hotel is also conveniently located to several attractions in the city. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the Drum Tower and Gaomiao. There is a park behind Chairman Mao, and across the park is the Gaomiao. Zhongwei Museum is a 6-minute taxi ride away.
The hotel staff are all warm and polite. I left my mobile phone charging cable behind when I left. The cleaning staff found it in time and the lady at the front desk picked it up for me and brought it back down. She also gave souvenirs to the children. I’m really happy! The child asked why he should stay at Guyu Jasmine Hotel next time he comes to Zhongwei.

The first hotel I stayed in when I came to Yinchuan. Everything in the new hotel is very new. You can see that the decoration and equipment are also carefully designed, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes, electric toilets, humidifiers, etc. The room is quite large and has a balcony. The environment is also very clean, minimalist style, the service attitude is also very good, and the front desk lady is great~
The disadvantage is that the location is a bit remote, there are not many restaurants nearby, and you have to drive there, so it is recommended to pack breakfast. But it is still very close to the Western Xia Imperial Mausoleum, so it is recommended to check in there. Then after checking in to the new hotel, it is still recommended to open the window for ventilation.

The front desk lady is warm and patient, and can communicate and deal with problems in time, 100 points. The room infrastructure is complete, there are sofas, tables, comfortable and soft mattresses, and automatic curtains are closed. There is also a good viewing experience with a giant curtain. The bathroom is well equipped, the toilet is clean, and it is equipped with two disposable bath towels and face towels. Toothbrushes are suitable for all kinds of travel, such as couples, parents and children. Equipped with elevators, convenient transportation nearby, soundproof environment without noise. There are also a variety of delicious restaurants and delicacies nearby, full of fireworks, in summary, is a hotel with high cost performance.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The environment was clean and tidy, and the common areas were fresh and spacious. We booked a family suite, and the room was huge with excellent natural light and ventilation. The cleanliness was exceptional, even the hard-to-reach corners were spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so we slept incredibly well. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, responding quickly to any requests. It's super convenient for dining, drinking, and getting around. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended, this is definitely my top choice for accommodation in the area!

Service: Extremely practical, and the service is outstanding.
Exquisite Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea was delicious and freshly made.
This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The environment was clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail was impressive. The surrounding amenities are convenient, and the service was warm and welcoming, making for a truly enjoyable stay. They proactively explained all the facilities during check-in. The room environment exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean and tidy. The location is super convenient, right next to Huirong Shopping Mall, and Yuhuangge Scenic Area is just behind the hotel. It's close to attractions and shopping districts, with easy access to dining and shopping. There's a free laundry room, which is a lifesaver for last-minute laundry, and you can even dry your clothes. They also provide local travel tips – definitely worth a visit!

Xiaoxiaoxue-xiaoxiaobingI wanted a room with a bathtub and wanted to stay for 2 nights, but it showed there was one room left, so I called to inquire. Only then did I realize that the Ctrip pictures did not match the rooms on the 5th floor. The hotel has guest rooms on the 5th and 6th floors, and the rest are bathing centers. Only the king-bed rooms have bathtubs on the 6th floor, but not on the 5th floor. Then you should not show that there is a bathtub in the picture. Fortunately, I called for consultation and later booked a deluxe suite. To be honest, I was not surprised at all. I originally wanted to book it for 2 nights, but the room was not available the next day and was booked as a wedding room. The facilities are average, the rain shower head is flying, and there is no small shower head that can be taken down. Water pressure is very low. It didn't reflect the word luxury, so I changed to a double room the next day. The double room was fully equipped, and the shower room had a large amount of water and a small shower. The quality is better than that of deluxe suites, so as a reference, if you don’t have a requirement for room size, just book a double bed room. The facilities and environment are better than those in deluxe suites. The only bright spot is that the bath is very good. The service girls in the steam room are very good. Be patient with children. The hotel front desk service is just that, don't have high expectations. However, the service attitude of the front desk who was on duty after 3 a.m. on the 15th was very good.
