With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. Only 小黄 front desk is good, others legit cmi.. my wife go ask for bellboy cart, no one bother to help at all.. wts, we are foreigner sure got luggage nobody bother to help after almost an hour until my wife ask for cart to bring luggage up and nobody care till i got piss off and asked for 退房. Totally ********, but thanks 小黄. Willing to upgrade us for free but i decline and paid for the upgrade room, thanks alot. P.S.
