I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

The room had great natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bed was just the right firmness, the pillows were comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, making it exceptionally quiet at night. I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, stable water pressure, and 24-hour hot water was always available. The toiletries were also comprehensive.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to transportation. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept incredibly well. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive to all requests, even helping with recommendations for local eateries. It's excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Ms. Salameti, a staff member, was warm and attentive, kind and friendly, and communicated smoothly. The service staff were polite and meticulous, reliable and down-to-earth, and were able to respond and deal with any issues promptly, which made me feel very comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. It was neatly arranged and organized, creating a comfortable living atmosphere. The facilities were complete and in good condition, making for a very convenient stay. The overall environment was quiet, and the quality of rest was excellent. Both the service experience and the accommodation exceeded expectations, and the check-in process was very pleasant. The value for money was good, and I was satisfied in all aspects. I will definitely choose this place again if I have the opportunity, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Definitely on the posh side, and the service was very good. Felt upscale without being over the top. What really stood out was the location there's a convenience store right next door, plus a whole shopping mall attached, and Chagee is in the same complex. Made everything super convenient. Solid stay.

Traveling with my family of three, I chose this 5-star hotel and booked a king-sized bed. The front desk lady, Xiao Pai, saw there were three of us and upgraded us to a twin-bedded suite, which we loved. She also gave us a special soapbox with local Yili characteristics and a fridge magnet with pictures of Xinjiang attractions. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful, highly recommended!

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Xiao Ye, the concierge staff member, during my recent stay at the Urumqi Pushe Qinyuan Hotel (Tianshan International Airport Degang Wanda Branch). Xiao Ye was incredibly warm and attentive, always polite and helpful. Upon my arrival, he proactively assisted me with arranging a taxi, which significantly eased my travel burden. Knowing that my train departed early the next morning and would conflict with the hotel's breakfast hours, Xiao Ye thoughtfully informed the front desk and meticulously coordinated my breakfast arrangements. He truly went above and beyond, always approaching solutions from a guest’s perspective to resolve any travel difficulties. His meticulous and thoughtful service made my trip feel incredibly warm and truly made me feel at home. He deserves high praise!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, even featuring a mini-fridge. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They even gifted us a fridge magnet upon check-out. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Xinjiang.

The front desk service at this hotel was exceptional! Our flight was delayed, and we didn't get back to the hotel until 2 AM, having missed dinner. The kettle in our room was broken, so we contacted the front desk. Fangfang and Xiaxia, who were working the night shift, went above and beyond, using their own kettle to boil water for us twice, until past 3 AM. A big thank you to them and the hotel management for their wonderful attitude. The breakfast was also excellent, with great service; any depleted items were promptly refilled. They even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. This is truly a hotel that puts you at ease.

This hotel 🏨 offers accessible rooms specially designed for seniors 🧓 and people with disabilities. The toilet 🚽 has grab bars, and the shower features a wall-mounted fold-down seat 💺, which was perfect for my mother who has mobility issues. What's more, the staff proactively offered to adjust our room accordingly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. The breakfast is also very generous, and guests receive a coffee voucher for the coffee shop on the first floor. Both the washing machine and dryer are high-capacity and efficient. The only minor drawback is that it's not super close to the old city, but taxis in Kashgar are convenient and affordable.
