This is a very old hotel, the hotel is a bit old, but the room is large, the hotel is good, the only drawback is that there is no elevator on the second floor, but the overall stay experience is still good, the best choice for family travel, facilities are also very good!

Breakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. There is a chair in the room, and it is necessary to find a waiter to give another chair. From the picture posted on the door, we stayed in the smallest room in the whole hotel. Really unhappy.

Anonymous UserThis is also a very good hotel. The front desk service was excellent. Initially, there was an issue with the air conditioning in my room – it couldn't be manually adjusted. I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to a new room. The AC in the new room worked perfectly, making my stay very comfortable. Thumbs up for the service!
The breakfast was good. My favorite dishes were replenished constantly, and the fish was delicious. The coffee was also nice. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable.

Joe2024On the second day, I went to the reception and explained the situation regarding how his colleague had handled my booking. The receptionist was understanding and informed me that I could simply move from one room to another without having to check out and wait to be checked into a new room. This made the process much smoother and highlighted that the inconvenience I experienced the previous day could have been avoided with clearer communication.

Guest UserGreat scenery and staff were professional from the moment we arrived. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Cooked breakfast was of a good quality, although the continental breakfast was a bit minimalist. Car parking was plentiful and was easy to access from the main road although you had to drive down a narrow road around a field to get to the hotel. Generally very happy with my stay here at the Quy Mill

Friendly, welcoming and very helpful reception staff. Room was very clean, however the bath tub could have been cleaned thoroughly and a few tiles needed repair. Generally it is a very nice and comfortable hotel.
