Venisya ViolettaThank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

Guest UserHad a pleasant say on Eid al-Adha with my little family. The breakfast served Nasi Kebuli, Opor, Rendang, and choices of Indonesian food so we can taste Raya Day in an elevated way (+with no hustle!)✨ There’s plenty of Western Food choices as well. The hotel also arranged Eid prayer on the ballroom. Tried 3 of the pools here and all of them have no warm water. Although a warm pool (esp for kids) might be nice to have, considering the weather a lil bit cold. Hoping we can come back soon✨

Anonymous UserStaffs are fantastic and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and waterflow in bathroom is strong. I like that there's bathtub and separate shower. Almost perfect except for few improvements. Still a highly recommended hotel and definitely will consider staying here again.
Pros; walking distance to Braga Street, super strong (cold) aircon, wide range of breakfast, staff will text me daily on housekeeping as we put ”do not disturb”.
Cons: lobby upgrading, walls are so thin I can hear next unit's snoring, drawing of curtains.

Anonymous UserWe stayed here for 3 nights with 1 extend. Credit for Mr Deden Farhan who help my daughter with their lollipop cake when they ask to put in the box during breakfast. Thank you for that.
We tried the delman ride and bicycle which will add to our stay experiences.
The only recommendation is to fix the taste and varieties of the breakfast foods as it honestly could be more improvised.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Guest UserThe location is incredibly strategic and convenient for getting around. It's close to two malls, Grage Mall and CSB. Legendary eateries and the palace are only about 2 km away. The room was very comfortable and clean, though I personally found the window a bit small. The staff service was excellent, and the room price was very affordable! It came with standard amenities but also a smart TV! I opted out of breakfast, so I can't review the food. When I arrived, the Wi-Fi wasn't great but still acceptable. There was a temporary water outage, but the staff were very quick to resolve the issue. Overall, considering the hotel's location, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the service, this hotel is highly recommended!
