Esperienza veramente bella, unica e interessante.
Colazione super approvata e abbondante, personale educato.
Senza problemi su tutti i servizi proposti.
The room I booked can actually accommodate four people. His double room on the 5th floor is a duplex building, with two small beds in the downstairs hall, and the hotel includes breakfast. Even if breakfast is not included when placing the order, the hotel will Give breakfast, I don’t know why?
The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but I need to review some points. I personally do not appreciate the “German” bed. Moreover, breakfast is not very different. The bad note remains that my room was near the elevator room and from 6.30 then the way goes made it impossible to sleep because the elevator was really very noisy.
The hotel is located in the center of the town. The square at the entrance is full of flowers and the environment is beautiful. The favorite is the outdoor hot spring pool. The daytime trip is very comfortable, and it is free and recommended.
Very beautiful term with various swimming pools and also the presence of sauna - good and abundant dinner (dishes and sweets served by buffet). For work I chose an economy room and, despite the cleaning well done, I noticed small defects that could be put up with little ( tape tape tape strapped, Then I would like to say that I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able to take a little more than I would have been able

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel in possibly the best location in Venice - away from the crowds but only a 10 minute water taxi from St Marks Square. The rooftop pool and bar provide a stunning view.
All staff very helpful and welcoming making our stay perfect.
We would not hesitate to return to the hotel.
SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.
RRogerMy wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great.
Highly recommend this hotel for your stay,
章章The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.
GGuest UserThis hotel is quite unusual architecture, we loved all the different spaces. When you go into the reception area, look up beautiful Murano glass circles light up the area. Just a short walk from the vaporetto stop.
The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds are super comfortable. Very quiet.
There’s a cool bar/ terrace overlooking the Laguna -we enjoyed cocktails there a couple of evenings. The drinks are pricey though.
Would highly recommend staying on murano for a few nights, go visit in Burano and other islands nearby, what a magical treat. We had stayed on Venice island for a few days, so it was nice to get away from the crowds.
The hotel arranged a wooden boat water taxi to the airport, which was the highlight of my fabulous stay in Venice.
GGuest UserTypical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking.
Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats
But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.
AAlexandraSBreakfast was superb! The lobby/reception was refurbished however, the rest of the hotel you could see it is a little bit old. It’s 3/4 buildings, with elevators and exterior doors connecting which is not nice, because if I went to get down to the reception I need to go “outside” and then get into the elevator. In this time of the year is a constant hot/cold going from the bedroom to another facility.
Bed wasn’t that comfortable also and made some noise.
Overall, the cleaning was good and people were very friendly! It was a good stay. If they refurbish the rest of the hotel or making it more cozy would have very potential.
AAnonymous Useranother great stay at this hotel
everything very good
this time a big groups also booked this hotel, hence needed to wait for sometime said elevators, breakfast
would definite book the same hotel when retutn to verona later 😊
GGuest UserDriving from the Dolomites, it was already past 8pm when we arrived. Because the hotel was fully booked for the weekend, I found that the front desk was very unprofessional when I checked in. I booked a triple room plus a double room on the top floor with a view. , but all three rooms were given to standard rooms, which were completely inconsistent with the pictures of the hotel. After communicating for a long time, we were finally given the room that originally belonged to us. When the hassle was over, there was nothing to eat in the restaurant, and we had to go out of the hotel to eat. Pizza.
The hotel's environmental facilities are first-class, and it's also marked with four stars. However, the rooms and interior decoration are very ordinary, maybe they are old. The Italian guy who drives the electric car is very cute. He drove us to see various room types while humming songs. It was also very nice. Complaining about the unprofessionalism of the front desk.
