Very pleasantly surprised with how vibrant and new with this hotel. It’s a great location for those driving with many nearby parking options. Having a big Donki shop right besides was a huge plus point for shopping! Our twin bed room size (good for 3 bedded) was also much bigger compared to others. We had a great stay and looking forward to experiencing future stays in other prefectures!

The location is excellent with department stores and shopping malls nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only regret was that I could not try the Japanese restaurant as I came with my son while there was no kid menu available for him. May be I can try next time when I come alone. A highly recommended hotel in Nagoya.
Although the room is a bit old, it is well-equipped with facilities. There is also a free shuttle bus. The scenery is beautiful, the public bath is large, the restaurant has a good view, and the overall price-performance ratio of the hotel is very high.

It was a comfy 2 nights stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good, quite central and just few mins with underground mall that connects to Sakae station. Room was comfy, breakfast was ok, free one cup of alcohol at night, onsen was basic, crowded when I went but still a good experience!
Good value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

I stayed in Nagoya for the purpose of watching F1, but most of the cheap hotels were fully booked, so this was the last hotel I could find.
The location is a bit disappointing. It's about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station.
The rooms are just the right size, compact, and the TV was very useful. It also has a smartphone screen transfer function, such as YouTube, and it shows how crowded the bathhouse is, so it was very functional.
There were Korean staff, so communication was easy and the service was good. The breakfast was relatively simple, but there was nothing lacking.
What I liked most about this hotel was the various special facilities, such as the fitness center, lounge, vending machine area, smoking room, massage chair, and bathhouse.
Since I returned to Nagoya late after visiting the F1 circuit, I didn't have time to enjoy other things, so I went straight to the hotel. I bought food and drinks at the Mega Don Quijote Mart one block away, ate them, went to the bathhouse, and enjoyed the massage chair, so I was able to relax and enjoy just the special facilities inside the hotel.
I think it is a good hotel with special facilities and a reasonable price.
It looks like a condominium at first glance. (Actually, the 5th floor or more was a condominium, and there seemed to be a resident.)
The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and there are many chairs on the 1st and 2nd floors, so there is plenty of room. I stayed in the room alone, so I could use it comfortably. Also. Breakfast was satisfying with a lot of items!
The only thing that made me worried was the entrance to the large communal bath. It was quite open and I was harassed that I could see the inside.
It was very clean and the staff were very polite. There was a large public bath, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had everything from bread to rice. The public bath and breakfast were not crowded, so I was able to take my time in the bath and eat breakfast. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I enjoyed staying here for 3 nights.
Very friendly staff and budget-friendly hotel for solo-travellers. Around 10 miniute walk to Sakae station. Easy to access the centre of Sakae, can walk to see Mirai Tower and shopping malls. I also enjoyed breakfast and public bath. At the lobby, they also serve self-cafe machine so you can have coffee, newspaper, and extra amenities. The room was very clean. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya again 😊.
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the station. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient for buying midnight snacks.
The hotel room is spacious, the air conditioning is very powerful, and the TV is new and responsive.
To go to the bathhouse, you can use the special passage for hotel guests on the second floor. After putting down your shoes, go down to the first floor, where the entire floor belongs to the bathhouse. Although I was barefoot, it didn't feel dirty at all. The service staff was always working hard to clean, which made me feel at ease.
The bathhouse is very big, with many pools to soak in, normal, massage, electric, carbonic acid, etc... There are also dry and wet saunas, as well as cold saunas. Very well equipped, a great place to relax.
The breakfast is a very traditional Japanese breakfast, delicious and with many choices. It is a very reassuring stay experience!!

GGuest UserThe hotel locates just next to the train station, it is extremely convenient. The staff is very helpful, they help my brother bring our luggages to the station when we all gone for shopping.
The facility is very new, the noise reduction function of the windows are perfect. It is so quiet even our rooms are jut next to the train rails. One point needs to appreciate is the basket for towels, it is so well prepared and detail minded that I just need to pick it up and then can go to the hot spring directly. I particularly enjoy the resting room at the public hot spring area. The environment is clean, tidy and relax. For the breakfast, the type of food is just enough, not too many and not too few. The quality is good in general.
Just one suggestion for improvement, please provide a weight machine for luggages. It will be more convenient for the shoping lovers like us to check if our luggages are overweight. Please kindly consider.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay! Very friendly and helpful. Felt extremely safe and would 100% stay again. It is one metro stop from the main station and is located by lots of nice bars and restaurants!
