Hotels With Spa in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet acceptable standards. The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the room, was below expectations. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the housekeeping standards did not reflect the level of quality expected from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, the service was extremely slow. Requests were not handled in a timely manner, and there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness from the staff, which further affected the overall experience. I believe that cleanliness and service quality are fundamental aspects of any hotel stay, and regrettably, both were lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the level of service for future guests.

The hotel is very clean,the staff are accomodating,the location is very accessible to piblic transpo..just 2 mins straight walk to Riyadh metro.with less than 5 mins walk to park and King Fahad library.it was a great experience staying at Mira Buss.Hotel.thank you.

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

It’s amazing hotel .. new and everything is brand new. Exactly same Hilton luxury standard. The bed is comfortable.. I like the way of welcoming me in the room. My plan also in January definitely I will stay again. The breakfast perfect.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay.

The room itself was decent, and the hotel's interior was okay. However, the surrounding neighborhood and exterior are really bad, resembling a migrant worker area. It felt quite unsafe, and at night, there was constant noise from horns. Everyone should think twice before booking here.

I had a very pleasant stay during my business trip. The front desk staff were warm and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is satisfying. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would recommend it.

Close proximity to malls and some coffee shops. Area isnt very crowded unlike many parts of riyadh but close to many good places which i find is a plus. Reception was fluent in English, room is clean and we got an upgrade which is very much appreciated as our previous available assigned room was a non smoking room but located in a smoking floor.

A very pleasant trip and stay. The room is large, comfortable, beautiful, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Every service staff is very enthusiastic and polite. When consulting about where to eat, they provide detailed introductions. The waiter is very enthusiastic and professional. He explains every matter of the guests in a gentle manner. There are welcome fruits for us. The breakfast is delicious and rich.
