I stayed here for a business trip. The staff at the entrance were incredibly polite and left a great impression. The lady at the front desk was also very thorough during check-in. The room itself was spotless, from the amenities to the bed, sofa, desk, and even the view. While the building isn't brand new, you can really feel the thoughtful hospitality extended to guests. Plus, having direct access to Junction City shopping mall with a supermarket made souvenir shopping incredibly convenient. There were also plenty of affordable and high-quality foot massage places just a 5-minute walk away. I had a really comfortable stay during my business trip and would definitely use this hotel again for future business travel.

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

Conveniently located near the airport, this is one of Myanmar's most luxurious hotels, situated right by the lake, which is lovely. The breakfast spread is generous, and the 'shaomai' (dumplings) are particularly delicious. They often host various events, and the lakeside bar has a great atmosphere.

The check-in went real smooth and we enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfortable beds (2 queens) The walls are thin but the view we had was beautiful (room315) The hotel is 15min. to the airport but quit far from the city centre. A taxi is easy to get. The staff is very helpfull and service is great. Only the breakfast is very basic. For this kind of hotel they could offer at least fresh bread and maybe more choice of egg. Because of our early flight, they prepared a breakfast to go for us. Overall we had a good stay at Wyne hotel.

Weve been upgrade to higher room, highly appreciate it. Since all corridors carpet, ABIT smelly. Elevator smell weird. We got compliments snack for dinner. Old colonial building 98 years , so romantic lobby area. Good spot for photos.

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. It was a great stay. Staffs are polite and helpful. A male receptionist and a woman Housekeeping attendant at 16th floor were particularly helpful during my stay. The Pool is beautiful and I was actually amazed that they built a very deep pool for a hotel (1.9 m). My feet barely touched the pool ground, but they did have the fitness trainer who watched out for the deep pool. The room is okay, but I feel like it’s a bit small. Don’t get me wrong, they already are among the widest rooms in Yangon, yet the room I got had very tight entrance. The bathroom is separated with toilet and shower and bathtub. TV is rather small, I expected to have a more updated smart TV in this kind of hotel. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied was Breakfast. Yes, they did have variety of selections but the tastes were blend and honestly, I didn’t like their food menus. Overall, it was pretty decent memory to stay at Melia.

This is the only hotel I stay in when visiting Yangon, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are very well maintained. The spa is a must visit, the gym is small but more than enough for your needs, and the large pool is very clean. The breakfast buffet have many options, dimsum, local burmese dishes, and western dishes. They also have an out deck bar with a decent view. There is a mall right next door with more food options and a convenience store.

The Thanlwin meets all expectations. The staff is excellent and caters to every need. There's a Chinese restaurant (very good!), a Western restaurant (very good!), a rooftop pool, and a spa/massage area (very good but a bit pricey!). The prices are reasonable for the hotel's standard, though naturally a bit higher than other hotels. However, the quality is excellent. The food was exemplary, and the massages were extremely good, even if you could get them for half the price in Thailand. The cleanliness of the rooms is exemplary. The room amenities and size can only be described as sensational. I had a bathroom with a corner window and could see the pagoda from one of the top floors. Wonderful. The air conditioning is excellent, and the water pressure in the bathroom is perfect.

This was another stay for me. The cheapest rooms are so dark, day and night, that it hinders work, so this time I booked the next room category up, which was about 1000 yen more expensive. The room was spacious and bright, though still a little dim at night. It might be a structural issue, simply not enough lights. But upgrading was definitely the right choice. The soundproofing in the room is a bit weak; I could hear sounds from the next room, but since the room was large, it didn't bother me too much. The nearby supermarket was also convenient. The breakfast, while limited in variety, was decent. The staff are great too. Room cleaning is thorough and not skimped on. However, the room being dark and the carpet being worn out and dirty (frayed) even though it's cleaned might be a concern for some.
