Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

Absolutely excellent service! The VIP Fast Track at Tan Son Nhat Airport was a lifesaver after a long flight. From the moment we landed, staff were waiting and guided us through immigration smoothly and professionally. We skipped the long queues and cleared immigration in just a few minutes. The whole process was exactly as described, very well organized, and super easy to book. Staff were friendly, efficient, and made the arrival experience completely stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone flying into HCM, especially if you arrive during peak hours. Will definitely use this service again!★

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!
