Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

highly recommend purchasing the fast track service at Ho Chi Minh City immigration! The process was seamless and efficient, allowing me to bypass long lines and get through customs quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. It really took the stress out of my arrival, especially after a long flight. Investing in this service was definitely worth it for a smooth transition into the city!★

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!★

This is a great value sleeper bus. It's very comfortable, the driver doesn't drive fast, and there are two restroom breaks. The bus is clean. If you get motion sickness, I recommend sleeping on the lower deck; the upper deck is more prone to motion sickness. It was a good experience and saved me a lot on hotel costs. However, there are no showers at the bus stop.
