Like many others, our taxi driver guided us here. We got a little salt in, but it was good in the end. You always have the freedom to choose whether you want to actually buy something there. We spent time, and despite the sellers' insistence, we didn't spend any time and money we thought it wasn't worth it. We chose a beautifully carved board depicting the star of Agra (and India): The Taj Mahal. The shoes we bought have also stood the test of some hardship, and the sari is good. We would actually recommend this place. PS: The shops inside are air-conditioned and you will feel fresh. Just make sure that the purchase is in your own interest, not the seller's whimsical whims.
MoreThe handicraft development center has various types of handicraft workshops. There is also an exhibition room that showcases and sells handicrafts made by local craftsmen.
