Once a year Baguio Celebrates the Panagbenga Festival thaat features beautiful blooms that Baguio is known for. There will be a festive and colorful parade featuring local flowers and native culture.
its where taxi drivers park their car for a cigarette break. you will see tall trees, birds on the cage and flowers. the panagbenga park comes alive only during panagbenga season.

this is one of my favorite festival here in baguio i love the flower parade and the people here is so hospitable

Waste of time
Nothing worth seeing here except dozens of taxi's taking a break,, not worth the effort of trying to find place to park..
