Dalachi is located at the foot of Quwu Mountain Zhengbei Mountain in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. It was formerly under the jurisdiction of Jingyuan County. In 1985, Baiyin City resumed construction and established Pingchuan District. Dalachi was drawn from Jingyuan and returned to Pingchuan District. Today it is a republic town. Jingyuan Dalachian Division, in the second half of 1936, the Red Army Western field army, responded to the two and four sides of the army north, realized the Chinese workers and peasants of the Red Army 1, 2, and four aspects of the whole process of the General Assembly of the Red Army, the Red Army soldiers stationed in Dalachian and surrounding villages for a total of 48 days.
