Still better known for the Doctor Who spin off series Torchwood. This is a landmark at the Cardiff Bay. Looks good at night when its surroundings are lit up.
Grubby non water tower
It's rubbish. Needs a polish and the water to be switched back on. Full of litter at the base. If it is not going to be looked after, pull it down. Would I recommend to others? No Would I go again...
