    Safer than before.

    This place is safer than before. PDVSA La estancia is restoring the square. I go there each two months. Worth it!

    Watch your back!

    Other thank the fact that you could get robbed or shot at in any minute. The area is really a nice reminiscent of early Caracas... Just keep moving and don't take too many pictures. lol

    Its a cool fountain. Cool to see it while you're driving. Not a safe place to go down and take pictures.
