Lovely Lake
Lake Calafquen is simply stunning, surrounded by magnificent landscapes. The beaches are volcanic and have great facilities along them (toilets, restaurants, seats etc).

Beautiful lake with relatively warm water
Beautiful lake off the main summer hot spots with relatively high water temperatures. Bus connection from Santiago either to Lican Ray or Panguipully.
Relaxing area
Lican Ray is completely dead after tourist season but this lake is always a nice place to relax. It's good to sit, enjoy the view, take a bout ride or walk around the shore.
