Well worth a drive. The roads are open and windy, a great experience and the views were amazing. Stop at the top to take photos and look at the beautiful breathtaking scenery.
A place of tranquility
If you are ever near Bantry or Kenmare the Ring of Beara is a wonderful experience. The trip around is great and beautiful views but there is a pass between Lauragh and Adrigole that you should drive...
Beautiful but a word of caution
It is truly a spectacular place. However, do not stop for an elderly man who is walking by the side of the road. He is not to be trusted and do not open your car window to him, especially women.
