Wonderful views and spring flowers blooming. It would definitely be a good place to meditate and pray. I didn't have time to walk the trails but definitely will next visit.

Beautiful
Impressive very large cross at the end of Tennessee Street in Sewanee. The overlook just beyond the cross is one of the best views around. I recommend this for a great place to watch the sun set.
Beautiful place hidden away on the side of the mountain
I love spending time at the Memorial Cross in Sewanee. It's a quiet spot on the edge of the mountain where you can look off and see for miles.

Always loved going to see the cross as a kid and still do. Great view and nice peaceful drive. Everyone should go.
