Challenging trail with small kids
Monument trail 2.8 miles is little difficult with small kids. But the views was worth the effort. It has two small stream crossings.

Safe, beautiful views, great hiking trails. Bears, but just be alert. Wondeful day out in the park to explore. The monument is a beautiful area to take pics & rest up.
