Strange monument that looks like a goat but could be something else. Not sure of the purpose but in a nice area that is attractive

I’ve seen a lot of different statues, but I haven’t seen a iron goat before! Good thing though, it’s probably quite hard to set on fire like the Christmas Goat they put on fire in Gävle, Sweden…
