The indoor pool can be used for 320 yen (30 yen for locker fee) for up to 2 hours. There are 25m6 courses, but it is divided into beginner courses, long distance swimming courses, and walking courses. There are also classes such as swimming classes from children to adults, aquavix, and underwater walking classes. I swim 1,000m each using a long course about twice a week.
