Beautiful Autumn of Yeongpyeongsa Temple#fallingseason Unlike a lot of other chrysanthemum festivals in Korea, these ones are all naturally planted and aren't arranged in some artificial way. It feels peaceful with the naturally planted white flowers all around the side of the mountain. Yeongpyeongsa Temple is a branch of Magoksa Temple and has six traditional buildings and three hermitages. It is considered to have good feng shui because its location is similar to that of a dragon. There is also a temple stay program for Yeongpyeongsa. If you can, I suggest going there sooner rather than later.KimPS4

Beautiful Autumn of Yeongpyeongsa Temple#fallingseason This past weekend, I went to the white Siberian chrysanthemum festival at Yeongpyeongsa Temple in Sejong. On Saturday there was a nakhwa nori fireworks display that I sadly missed but I was able to see the flowers and the temple on Sunday. Even though I live close to the temple, it was the first time visiting there for me. It was actually quite pretty. It is not a very big temple, but the buildings are clean, and I like the layout. The white chrysanthemums, for which the temple is famous, were a nice touch, but I feel like it is worth visiting regardless of whether the flowers are in bloom. They are in full bloom now and I think you have a week or two to visit there before the flowers fade this year.KimPS2

Templestay
I went to Temple Stay during the spring trip week! The Gujeolcho tea was so delicious, the weather was so good, and the surrounding scenery was so pretty. There was something unfortunate, but the weather and scenery were all done~
Tourism
The annual Gujeolcho Festival was held 15 times. The temple is full of Gujeolcho, not only around the temple but also to the high mountain behind. It seems a bit over the season, but you can enjoy the autumn atmosphere. And a bonus! During the festival (until October 15th), lunch noodles are free to be served.
