Hiratsuka City took over the Western-style building, which was used as a conference room and reception room at the Yokohama Rubber Hiratsuka Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and was relocated to Hachimanyama Park. It is a nationally registered tangible cultural property. It is a small and beautiful Western-style building. You can visit the hall for free. However, it was used in active service, and since both the 1st and 2nd conference rooms were rented on this day, only the reception room and the exhibition room were visited. The roses in the garden also match the Western-style building.

It has a cute exterior, but it is a weapons factory directly under the Ministry of Navy that once manufactured explosives and gunpowder used in the war.
