The original plan was to take the car back to Hualien Railway Station from the pier where whale watching ended, then eat something nearby and then take the train to Chongde Station, walk to Chongde Beach to see the clear water cliff, and finally take the train back to Hualien. This line is the most cost-effective and free water cliff play. Who knew that I met two sister paper carpools from Shenzhen on the road, and the result was NT$450 per capita. Now I think back to it and feel so expensive.
