Rather than a tourist destination, it's a place for local people to relax.

From the observatory, you can overlook the Kocho Plain and the view is very nice. You can drive to the top of the park, so you don't have to have a good leg. It's also a good idea to get off the car at the park entrance and hike on the mountain road. I like to eat lunch near the windmill of wind power.
