It is near Mizonoguchi Station. There is a tomb of ceramic artist Shoji Hamada. When I went to the National Museum of Modern Art, the art museum, the works were on display and I remembered and stopped by. It was a little disappointing that the characters on the commentary board were deteriorated and difficult to read 〇
5 minutes walk from JR Musashi Mizonoguchi Station. It is near Mizoguchi Shrine. Year of foundation unknown. It used to be the temple of the Tendai sect "Honryuji", but in 1496 it converted to the Nichiren sect and changed its temple name to "Soryuji". The principal image is Nichiren Daisei. The unbalanced large roof of the mountain gate was built in 1767. The main hall was built in 1961, and in front of it is a statue of Nichiren saint (Zenichi) in his childhood. On the left hand toward the main hall, there is a magnificent Soshido than the main hall. It's a living national treasure ...
It is a temple of the Nichiren sect behind Mizoguchi Shrine, which is within walking distance from Mizonoguchi Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line. It is a local temple with a kindergarten.
It is right next to Mizoguchi Shrine. There were few worshipers here compared to Mizoguchi Shrine, which has the afterglow of the first visit and remains lively. However, the mountain gate and Soshido were quaint and I was able to enjoy the atmosphere relaxingly.
It is about a 5-minute walk from Mizonoguchi Station. The precincts are not so large, but the mountain gate, main hall, and Soshido were quite magnificent and spectacular. I was worried that there was an Aoi crest in Soshido. I looked into whether it had anything to do with the Tokugawa family, but I didn't understand.
