The monument is interesting with its irrelevance - Kirov has done nothing bad or good Vyatke has never done and has never been there :) It may be for the best for the city
In the city centre
Quite a high monument when good weather is riding skateers next to it. Right behind it is a pedestrian area of October Avenue. there are shops on it, you can walk, well illuminated.
Beautiful monument
It is in the center of Kirov, looks good in clear weather. Better visit on Sunday, less cars and no bottlenecks.
