Off-the-Beaten-Path Destination Recommendation: A Primitive Village Hidden in the Mountains
Nuogang Ancient Village is located in Jingmai Village, Huimin Hani Township, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the village sits beside water and mountains, its primitive simplicity is like a paradise on earth.
Nuogang Ancient Village means 'the place where deer drink water' in the Dai language.
It is said that herds of wild deer used to come here to drink water, hence the name. It is also called Nuogan Ancient Village.
The primitive and simple old village is nestled among thousands of acres of ancient tea gardens. The village is surrounded by these tea gardens, and most families in the village make a living by planting tea. They have been tea farmers for generations, simple and kind-hearted.
Nuogang Ancient Village was once a poor little village. But now, it has gradually become known because of Pu'er tea.
Here, it still retains its original tranquility and is worth a visit.

Coordinates: Yunnan Pu'er Jingmai Mountain Ligan Ancient Village is about 9 kilometers away from Wengji Ancient Village. It feels like a mountain has been overturned, and behind the mountain is dried. The commercial atmosphere here is lower than Wengji. Of course, the tea shop is still one family. Yugan is a village of Yi people, but it is not too different from the Brown Wengji in architecture. In addition to the roof ridge is not the decoration of the Brown people with one bud and two leaves, but the decoration of the horns. It can be seen that this is a village of Yi people. But the most obvious is the style of the village temple. July and August are the rainy season, and it is also the most free time for tea farmers. Watching the fish roasting on fire and drinking tea, as if the speed of time has become less important...I am waiting for you in the ancient village of Yugan. 🍵
It feels quaint here. The stockade is a Yi people. Almost every house is hung with bananas in front of the door. Passers-by pick them and eat them at will. There is a green tea table planted on the mountains around the stockade. rows and wooden Yi people's small buildings form a beautiful and exciting picture. You can see the tea in the stockade. And the cauldron of fried tea, and you can taste the tea they make at will, it is worth visiting
The favorite point of this trip, all the way bumpy, all the way gray, never expected to go to the blue sky and white clouds in the stockade, especially the film
It is also a beautiful village, not many tourists.
In Yunnan, there is a city that can not only immerse in a comfortable climate of 18 degrees per year, but also enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee and tea to life. This city is Pu'er. With the opening of the China-Old Railway, this previously unknown small city is gradually showing off. Transportation: External: Pu'er has Simao Airport. If there is a direct route, it is best. I fly from Guangzhou to Kunming and then take the high-speed rail to Pu'er. Kunming's high-speed rail has many shifts a day, about 3 hours to arrive. Internal: If you want to leave the city, it is recommended to charter a car or rent a car by yourself; You can take a taxi from a distance in the city, and you can scan the code to ride a shared electric car in the nearby place. Accommodation: We live in the [Mint Home] B&B, located next to the Ximahe Reservoir, very close to the old street, there are double rooms and family rooms, and you can see the sunrise when you open the curtains in the morning. The owner of the hotel, Long Ge, is warm and hospitable, can be a guide, Long Ge is also a coffee lover, the front desk of the hotel is a family coffee workshop, you can drink coffee and buy coffee beans. Attractions: There are tea horse ancient road scenic spots, China Pu'er Tea Expo Garden, Nakeli Ancient Town, and Red Panda Manor in the city. I didn't go there because I wasn't particularly interested. So my overall route is as follows D1: Guangzhou-Kunming-Pu'er, live in mint's house D2: Pu'er city-Yi Lancang County-Yi Wengji Ancient Village, live in Wengji D3: Wengji Ancient Village-Ganguzhai-Mangjing Ancient Village, live in Wengji D4: Wengji Ancient Village-Lao Dabao Village-Pu'er City, live in Mint's house D5: Pu'er Old Street hangs out in a small concave coffee manor, living in the mint house D6: Pu'er one Kunming, living in Kunming D7: Kunming one Guangzhou hangs in the old street for two days in Pu'er, punching in the coffee shop. Pu'er Old Street is not a street, but a historical reserve, mainly Wuyi Road, Zhushi Street, Nanzheng Street, Shuncheng Street, Daijia Lane, etc. The old street is mainly hidden in the rustic atmosphere of life, and there are many small shops with styles, such as 28 coffee, everything coffee, no bitter tea house, more coffee, a small flower, etc. You can go to the old street in the morning to eat bowls of Yangji sour vinegar rice noodles. After about 10 o'clock, check in the coffee shop and ask a pot of hands to slowly taste, sit in the yard and breathe with a brick and a tile. There are many barbecue shops on Wuyi Road, mostly open at night, you can come and taste Pu'er barbecue. I want to waste time in Pu'er. Although life is panicked, it does not affect our small days. Key recommendations: Judian Coffee Lab (Torch coffee) Pu'er's number one coffee shop, which is both coffee drinking, coffee beans and barista training. The store is spacious and transparent, offering coffee, desserts and light meals. If you order hand-made, the barista will put a separate cup of dry powder and beans business card, so that customers can better understand the flavor, origin and other information of the beans. Since I came to Pu'er, I recommend everyone to support Yunnan beans, such as honey dew beauty, hundred nectar, wumei drink, seven-day brew, etc. You can buy beans or hang ears to take home. Of course, tb also has shops to buy. #Summer Street Sweeping Plan #Meet the Beauty of China #Learner Chang Qiong Tour #Where I Go and I want to go #Collect the wonderlands of the world
