清凉台在白马寺景区内，为白马寺一组庭院式建筑，原是汉明帝少时读书乘凉之处，后为印度高僧摄摩腾、竺法兰译经之所，白马寺的最后一个大殿毗卢殿就在清凉台内

老旧砖石砌而成的一座庭院，几经风霜，留下历史斑斑痕迹。听说以前住着两位得道高僧，还是外来的印度大高僧，并在这里仙逝，是佛学文化的见证。

在白马寺内！很幽静的去处！已经要到寺庙最后面的地方了！最好是找个导游讲解一下那样的就可以了解很多！我们去的时候很晚了！好在人少！但是导游也没人了！
