A few minutes walk from Kumano Taisha Shrine
Original Text
Kumano Taisha was originally located at the site of Kamisha. If you walk upstream along the Iu River from the current Kumano Taisha Shrine for a few minutes, you will see the signboard of "Kamisha Shrine". There is a big ginkgo tree now. It doesn't take much time, so I went to Kumano Taisha Shrine. When you climb the mountain road from there, water that works well is dripping from the giant rock.
if you come to kumano taisha, you have to come here too!

It is said that Kumano Taisha shrine once had the top of Mt. Tengu (Mt. Kumano), which is the source of the Iu River, and it was explained that it went down to the village from the medieval period and took the form of a ritual at two shrines, "Upper Palace" and "Shimonomiya". The "Shimonomiya" currently has a wonderful shrine. You can walk along the Iu River from "Shimonomiya", but I drove on Prefectural Road 53. There is no dedicated parking lot here, so it's not good, but I was stationed in a vacant lot in the neighborhood. I think it's okay if it's a short time. ...
