Bike Trail
Due to the weather we didn't bring our bikes...sadly! But we walked on the trail for a bit and it is beautiful! Nicely paved and you can do a 2 mile ride or over 50 miles.
A well used paved trail between Janesville and Jefferson.
Bikers, joggers, people of all ages take advantage of this beautiful trail. Along the way, There are many superb Statues created by local artists.
The towns are interesting but the trail between the towns is often dull and un-inspiring
The northern part of this trail (north of Ft. Atkinson) is boring and dull following Hwy 26 the scenery is not interesting. It's slightly more interesting south of there but still there are many area...

Nice trail between Janesville and Fort Atkinson
Trail was paved and was the best when it ran further from the highway. We were on a four day trip that included this trail and many others in WI & IL.
