位于小兴安岭东南麓，汤旺河下游，黑龙江省伊春市南岔区境内崇山峻岭之中，在林城南岔郊外10公里处，占地面积1350公顷。仙翁山是低山丘陵区，景区基本处于原生态，峰峦叠嶂，曲境通幽。绝大部分是由结晶花岗岩和片麻岩组成，平均海拔高度在200—500米之间。属于中温带大陆性气候，降水丰沛，空气湿润。随处可见奇峰异石、古松翠柏。
