    The well-known Minnesota fountain is outside the walls, in the Rosenau Park on the west side.

    It is a pretty well-made sculpture. This sculpture and fountain seem to be well known and familiar to the citizens. Since I visited in January, the water in the fountain did not flow, so it was a good playground for small children.
