The admission fee is 500 yen.

The official name is Ichiyanagi Memorial Hall. William Merell Vories was at home. The admission fee is 500 yen. It is a building designed with health and life considerations and functionality as an emphasis.
The house where architect Voris lived was made into a memorial hall. I made a reservation by phone and was able to enter. You can watch a video introducing Voris and see the blueprints of the building. You can touch the spirit of coming to Japan for Christian missionary work.
I think we should wait a little longer for a visit here.

ヴォーリズ Architecture Tour (September 14 ~ 17 days within October 14) is used to visit アンドリュース Memorial Hall, ウオーターハウス Memorial Hall & ヴォーリズ Memorial Hall 3. Compared to the other two buildings, this is a special opening, and it is a short day. Unlike the other two buildings, there was no instruction manual for the building, so it may be better to wait until the internal preparations are sufficiently prepared. Hmm. While the internal materials are not sufficient, photography inside is prohibited ...
The exhibition hall itself is small, but you can show me a video that introduces Vories' achievements, and you can see the relationship between Vories and Omihachiman. It's a good place, but it's vacant probably because you need to make a reservation in advance. Admission is 300 yen. You can put a file with the illustration of the Vories Memorial Hall.
Designed as a teacher's dormitory at Seiyuen Kindergarten in 1931, the building was used as Vories' own residence. It features a wall covered with wood like an old wooden school building. With irregular windows with design and chimneys, it creates a wasteful atmosphere.
The admission fee is 500 yen.

I'm gonna touch Voris' personality.
