We stopped here after doing the Santner ferrata. It has great views of the Violet Towers. You need to pay to use the toilet but that is because of the lack of water and I'm sure the funds help. My co-...
This is a lovely spot and one of the oldest refugios built in 1897. Definitely worth a stop but it was the most uncomfortable sleep. The bedrooms and beds are old, and limited toilet and showers.

Our last Refugio

WELL RANDONNEE
We climbed on the shuttle to the Gardeccia refuge and then took the path leading to the Vajolet refuge as well as to the Preius refuge nearby.
