Snow on volcanoes is back
Glaciers ceased to exist on volcanoes Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl in Mexico and snow is scarce lately on them but sometimes snow comes back and the landscape is awsome!

Amazing landscape
The day I visited Paso de Cortés was a clear one and the mountains around were covered by snow, so the landscape was amazing.
Excellent exit from the outdoor and back with beautiful views.
The arrival is not easy but the way is interesting full of impressive natural views, arrival at the hostel there are good and rustic quesadillas and tacos as it should be.
