We did the tour in October. We selected the VIP option. It is a separate seating area with snacks and drinks. Nothing fancy but quite adequate. The English speaking guide was very attentive and proficient. She came and looked for us and explained to us where to meet her for the english speaking tours. I got ill on the boat - fainted actually - after visitng both the forrest and the island. Natalia and all the staff were superb. They looked after me, made sure I got back to my hotel safely etc. This is more than a " water taxi". It is a service oriented tour. Thanks Cau Cau.
