You'll find this if you walk down the little alley ways, you won't get lost Sarlat is a small town, though near lunch time the bistro tables can take up the sidewalk

History

An interesting landmark to visit, a nice cool and shady spot located in the centre of town. An important part of the towns history.

Important historically

This is not much to see, but it is an important feature of Sarlat. Historically, Sarlat survived sieges because it is fed by underground aquifers and residents did not go thirsty nor hungry.
