Please note that there is a museum with a similar name called "Shibayama Haniwa Museum" in the nearby Shibayama Nioson. Haniwa excavated around here has a fence and is rare. The horses are well restored and are spectacular.
The Shibayama Municipal Shibayama Kofun Tumulus Haniwa Museum is located all the way through Shibayama Park. The burial mounds in Shibayama Town and the haniwa excavated from the prefecture are on display, and the Haniwa Festival is also held in November. There is also a Haniwa Museum of the temple beside the main hall of Shibayama Nioson next to the museum. Replicas of haniwa were lined up on the Shibayama Park in front of the museum and Shibayama on the prefectural road on the Niwa Road.
