The staff was on time and very friendly. The guide; Pilar was knowledgeable and fun. The bus that took us to Avila and Segovia was very comfortable and clean. However, sometimes we felt rushed and had little time to take good photos or buy souvenirs. Everything is in fast-forward mode.
