Permanent collection
I visited only the permanent exhibition which consisted only of two rooms. There were paintings from contemporary artists in one room and laquer ware in the other. Worth a stop.

Visited this museum during the Setochi Triennale in October 2019. The exhibitions, by young local and overseas artists were very good. Also enjoyed the coffee shop on the ground floor.
Takamatsu offers an all-in-one menu package for those who need to feed their hunger pangs as well as their cultural curiosity. A good catchphrase for the museum is “divide and diversify”.
