Staff attitude is bad

It is a multipurpose arena built within walking distance from Takasaki Station. It is used for sports competitions and live performances by making use of its good access.
I went to see a gymnastics tournament. When I watched the game for a long time, I was worried about the comfort of sitting in the chair. It may be easier to use a mat as well. There is also a parking lot in the basement of the arena, but when it comes to watching the game, it costs a lot of money because it is from morning to evening. There is a parking lot at the stadium about 5 minutes on foot, which is quite cheap. It seems that it is open for free depending on the tournament.
There is no complaint about access, such as the shuttle bus (not about the route) that leaves every 15 minutes, within walking distance from either the east and west exits of Takasaki Station. There is only one convenience store on the way to Takasaki Arena at both the east and west exits.
