A good view overlooking the Taehwa River.
It wasn't in the past, but it was restored in 2014. It is a wonderful place to climb the Taihua Road Daecheong and look at the Taihua River. If you are a Ulsan citizen, it is located on the intersection that you often pass by, so it is good to stop by once.
