I didn't know there was a church in Unzen.
When I was heading from Obama Town to Unzen Onsen on National Highway ５７, I found a signboard of "Unzen Church" on the right side in front of the "Unzen Elementary School" signal, so if you go along the side road on the right, you will find a parking lot of the church. Park and go a little I found a church on a small hill and visited it. When I went down a fairly harsh slope and stone steps, there was a "Mass Festival" sticker at the entrance of the church, and it seemed that Sunday １１ ～ Mass was held, but it arrived on Sunday １２ and the door was locked.
