On the cenote circuit
Nice cenote. Crowded. Staff not friendly, only looking for tips. Food average at best. Couldn’t get change from server. Pool surrounded by unappealing picnic tables in screened enclosures.
Got robbed!
Fun swimming at the cenote and clean facility but got robbed. Almost certain that staff saw us putting valuables in our backpack and followed us down to the cenote and took the bag when we weren’t pay...

It's a nice place, you should get the package all included $350, because if you only get the pack from the stone you will have to pay for every thing you use and consume.
Very nice place
The hotel is very nice, the dinner is beautiful, very good facilities, bathrooms, hams, gardens, bathroom tables for eating, very well all to swim and then relax in the surroundings.
