    Nice place for a walk

    I went here for a walk. The trails are wide which is good with Covid. I saw a deer, some ducks, and a lot of geese. Nice and quiet spot.

    Blackwell is a large forest preserve with multiple entrances. Check the map because there are many trails. Climb Mt Hoy for a nice view of the suburbs. Go tubing in the winter. Rent a boat in t...

    Most often here for Cub/Boy Scout camping

    But, this is a great place to unwind, walk, hike, bike, or even just sit and clear your head. Great nature sounds once you are inside the park, and great camping in the youth campground.
