Beijing Olympic Tower

The Beijing Olympic Tower was opposite of our house and we could see it from our balcony. It is beautiful with excellent lighting. Actually this tower is my first experience in Beijing.

No this is just a one if the numerous average parks with alleys for walking. The entering Tower is restricted, many objects are closed and not available for visiting. View is beautiful, especially in the evening.

The place where the evening specially in summer is amazing. Near the tower there is a long streets having 3 subway station. Wile walking on the street at evening you will see different bunches of people in corners dancing, playing musical instruments. In short a good place for spending evening.

Located in the Olympic Park in northern Beijing, many people call it a big nail. On the tower can be seen from afar, looking out over the water cube, bird's nest, pangu and other buildings. The tour ticket is quite expensive, but if there is a tour year ticket, you can climb the tower for free at a specific time to see the night view. The tower is combined by five towers that vary in height but are almost nail-shaped. The tower can only climb the highest one. Each time there is a limit on the number of people going up the tower, take the elevator to the 76th floor, the 228-meter-high elevator hall. Then take the spacious spiral staircase to the top floor, which is the interior part. Out of the outdoor is the open-air viewing rooftop, the center has five rings, in the night will change the color of light. The roof is surrounded by glass all week, you can go to the edge to take night scene photos, there is a viewing point that the ground is transparent glass, you can see the ground through the window, very exciting, the timid fear of heights do not try. The night water cube and bird's nest have light show, beautiful, just feel a bit far.

The full name of the Olympic Tower is the Observation Tower of Beijing Olympic Park. The height of the five towers ranges from 186 meters to 248 meters. It is the commanding height of the entire area. It stands on the observation tower and overlooks Beijing.
