The catering part of Bulgaria's travels is mostly three-way local style. Shopska salads are somewhat different. Figure 2 shows the famous rainbow trout in Bulgaria, with almost no seasoning. The yogurt and cucumber cold soup in Figure 7 is a bit like Indian yogurt. The Bulgarian stewed Hotchpotch in the seven or eight is very mixed but delicious. The dessert has been too sweet and some are fine. In general, there are still quite a lot of choices. Red wine can also try ~
