This was an amazing trip…took us about 2 hours to drive there. One can also take a didi which is cheap too from Shanghai.
Qidong is very serene,not much happening there apart from the beach 🏖 life. It met my expectations,a mini Sanya close by (I would like to call it). There were many water activities by the beach which makes the surroundings even more pleasing.
There are some random shops at the resort too,which you can buy some snacks. The one day we went for brunch at one of the hotels near the beach and they had some western food which was good.
We stayed at a Villa hotel nearby, which are very common and easy to get, around the place.
It’s a great place to visit,just to go unwind and get a break from the city life ☺️
