紛享樂This kind of circular arena is also called "Gladiator Arena." It was a place used by slave owners in Roman times to seek excitement and watch slaves and beasts kill each other to gain joy. So the elegant appearance is actually full of blood and violence inside. Later, it became an open-air theater for the appreciation of large-scale operas. More than two thousand years have passed, and it is still used in large-scale opera performances or music concerts. Each performance can be watched by 15,000 people. It is conceivable how magnificent it is, a classic that is both beautiful and practical.
There are neat rows of round arches, layered inside and outside. This is a typical feature of ancient Roman architecture. Just looking at the thick bricks, even if the cracks are already visible, people still have to admire the ancient Romans as a nation with great architectural art and creativity.
紛享樂The former residence is on Via Cappello. It was built in the 13th century and is said to be owned by the Capulet family of Verona, and Juliet is the daughter of this nobleman. A door arch leads to the courtyard, and the love walls on both sides are densely covered with graffiti and confession in words from various countries. Going inside, the courtyard of less than 20 square meters is lush and lush, crowded with tourists inside and out.
Whether or not you believe that touching Juliet's bronze sculpture can bring good luck to love, you still want to squeeze in and get close to Juliet, who is always in love in the story, and see what she looks like. Go upstairs to visit her bedroom and see the clothes, life exhibits, and paintings of that era. You will no longer think of her as a fictional character in the story, but feel that she is a real person.
Looking up from the courtyard, you will see a small protruding balcony. This is Shakespeare's private balcony where Romeo and Juliet tryst out for life. So many people took pictures here, either dressed as Juliet looking at the prince waiting for her heart, or the couples looked at each other and complained.
e21***51Gardaland is as famous as Disney. It does not have the modern and visual sense of Shanghai Disney, but it is super suitable for little babies. It is divided into three sections, among which the section "for little dreamers" suitable for little dreamers includes Peppa Pig Land and Kung Fu Panda Academy, and dori farm is the highlight. The 2-year-old kid went from opening the door to closing the hall, and didn't even eat the food, and didn't play it all, and didn't have enough. The various forms of sand piles in outdoor playgrounds are actually relatively European and very friendly to young babies. Park ticket +5 euros can go to a 15-minute walk outside the park to visit the aquarium, not big, but it is very fresh for children. For adults, various stimulation items such as raptor also account for 1/3. There are not many people, so there is no need to queue. All amusement items are equipped with disinfectant hand sanitizer before and after, and the staff wear masks and gloves. Everyone consciously wears masks outdoors. There will be an opening ceremony at 10 o'clock in the morning for 5 minutes, and the call will be held at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. There are no night shows during the off-season. A one-day ticket for the park is 35 euros, and a two-day ticket is only 45 euros. One meter is free of charge, 1-1.4 meters 30 Euro a day. A Lego theme water park will be built in the park next year. Come again. .
紛享樂The first floor is a sculpture hall, and the second floor displays medieval paintings, religious art works, and military weapons. Follow the tour route, and you will always find surprises inadvertently. The designer's cleverly integrated light design, space suspension design, etc., make the entire exhibit visit process not boring. For example, from the first floor to the second floor, when you turn to the aisle of the city wall on the second floor, you can enjoy the open-air sculpture exhibits from multiple angles, overlooking and looking up, and the ancient Roman ruins blended between the old and new buildings, allowing people to travel between modern and ancient times. The tunnel of time. Continue to walk inside and you will come to the half-enclosed walkway on the edge of the castle. Standing here, you can not only admire the gurgling Adige River, but also the Scaligero Bridge, the largest round arch bridge in the world at that time.
_We***95This very interesting old bridge has a beautiful river view and a very charming city view. The trough top of the wall can take interesting photos, and there is a narrow uphill walkway that is always full of tourists, clamoring for the best shooting angle or taking selfies against this background. Fortunately, the temperature was around 20 degrees when we were there, which is surprising in this season. There are several narrow doorways for perfect photos, and those are all sunny places. The sidewalk by the bridge was crowded with people sitting and enjoying the sun. There is a small "beach" where you can stand and look up at the bridge or look for a different angle. This is a beautiful old bridge worth visiting.
紛享樂The red-brick church looks simple and authentic. The design of the gate is very special. It is composed of tuff and brick interlaced, which has a kaleidoscope effect. It is said that this is a Romanesque design, with a round arch on the main door and a tall column in the middle corridor. This is the most characteristic Romanesque architectural design in 1000. The rose window above is referred to as the "wheel of fortune", symbolizing the capricious nature and destiny mentioned in the doctrine. There is a bell tower with a spire behind it. This is the gothic style popular in the later trend, and architects have made innovative changes. Therefore, this church is the earliest example of local Romanesque architecture incorporating Gothic elements.
Walking into the church, the complex decorations let people know that this is the art palace built by artists behind the prosperous Christian civilization.

Visiting at the end of juli, the day before the summer holidays, seems to have been a stroke of luck. We were the first SPMB boat to arrive in the morning. We bought the Circuit 2 tickets for E35 each and departed from Bonifacio at 9h00.
As I see it, if like us you are not in the league to rent a private boat for your visit and need to depend on the SPMB service, there are three ways to attempt doing this. Firstly decide how long you want to spend exposed out in the sun on a very hot island with no restaurant, shop or toilets. We wanted to do some snorkeling, which by the way is beautifully clear but no color where we tried. Finding a quiet spot of beach for yourself is not really going to happen, even in June ... but you HAVE to do it! ... unless of course, you only want to travel the round trip on the boat and not spend any time on the island at all. You may be older or infirm. In that case, you will need to go from 11h30 onwards, as the boat only seems to offer the return trips from 12h30 onwards. So that is option 1. Not sure whether you would need to actually get onto another boat for the return though.
Option 2 is what we did. Go on the first boat you can catch out. Stay till after 12h30 and make your way back. You may have to queue in the hot sun, though, waiting, as we needed to.
Option 3 made a lot of sense when someone suggested it. Go early afternoon when others have packed up to return. You will probably catch a piece of beach and it may be cooler. Then return back to Bonifacio 17h30 or 18h30. I hope you get place on the boat, but I am guessing they won't leave anyone on the island. Oh, and you may get caught in an afternoon rainstorm which seemed to happen in Bonifacio at that time of the year.
We loved Lavezzi, despite all the people. It is beautiful and a must see. On the way back, the boat takes a short detour past the entrance to the port and into the grotto, so this is really a worthwhile outing. Just think carefully when you plan, and PLEASE check the times. These times were according to their June schedule.
Take lots of water and your own food and bring back all your litter because it is very sad to see small amounts of litter on the island and even in the water. ... and take a beach towel and sunscreen, and some form of shelter, and snorkels and goggles. Flippers are not necessary. Hopefully, the obvious is to have your swim suit on already as there is nowhere to change, and wear comfortable shoes (aqua shoes were great) ... and then you just walk till you find a nice spot.😍😍😍
