Shirley ZhuThe English name of Ugong Rock Adventure is ugong rock adventure, which is named after the rocks here can make the sound of Ugong. A TV station in the Philippines set up a venue for shooting outdoor adventure shows. After the shooting, it became a good place for tourists to explore deep caves, zip lines, and rock climbing. Therefore, you need to wear a helmet and protective gloves before you actually start, which means you have to dress up as a miner to be safe. Visitors entering Wugongshi will be divided into small groups of about 10 people, led by a guide. The strange rocks in the cave are rugged, and sometimes only one person can pass through the narrow place, and if you get a little fatter, you may get stuck and rubbed. This is a spot full of mockery for fat people! The guide is an elderly woman, but she is more vigorous and more flexible than ours. She said that she has to go up and down four or five times a day, and we all found it hard to hear. She guided us to knock on the rock wall of the mountain, and indeed there was an echo like a "ugong". The guide also told us that the cave we were in was actually a corner of the seabed, and later passed through the crust. The change has evolved into the current black attack stone. Thinking of the underground river where we were just now, sometimes the vicissitudes of life, but also in a moment. The mountains in Ugong are not big, not high, only one or two hundred meters, but the rocks are rugged. The paving of the boardwalk can not help but amaze the designer and the construction party's ingenuity. Before reaching the end of this section of the road, I will never know where to stay on the next section of the road. Without the guidance of the guide, I will probably get lost in a pile of rocks. In one of them, there is a hole on the mountain wall with an inclination angle of nearly 90 degrees. To climb the mountain wall and pass through the hole, a tow rope must be put on; hands and feet must be pulled by the staff above to successfully "climb". Therefore, it is best to store all your backpacks before entering the cave, and bring a camera or mobile phone, so as not to affect your movements when leaning, climbing, or avoiding. We almost didn't stop, let alone rest, and arrived at the top of the mountain in less than 10 minutes. Just now, I was still in the dark and cramped cave. After climbing to the top, my eyes were suddenly enlightened and my eyes were surrounded by thousands of acres of fertile fields and green hills. I felt very fulfilling! By the way, the fun part of Wu Gongshi is that you don't have to worry about going down the mountain and you need to use your hands and feet to climb down. There is a jungle zipline on the top of the mountain, which is very thrilling! The courageous can also choose the action of superman to jump down the zipline.
_We***77This was a beautiful and clean island, it is a shame that I visited it while raining season. I didn't stay longer because I was on a hopping island tour, but if you go to Puerto Princesa, I would definitely recommend you to go there.
_GG***96This cathedral in the heart of Puerto Princesa is located right next to the Plaza Cuartel. They hold mass in both English and Filipino multiple times a day and is decorated with impressive wooden arches and paintings of the 12 apostles on the roof.

First floor of Robinson Mall in Puerto princesa.. They make copies for your immigration paperwork if you need.
They have a limited selection of food but it is very good and well priced. They also have excellent coffee and a good staff This is our second time here we I've very happy we found it.
I think this is the best cafe in the mall. Their WiFi was much faster than Bo's, and seating inside the air conditioned area did not feel confined as some others.
Recommended the baked macaroni 😋
I love it here! The owner is very people oriented. That kind of attitude transpired to their staff. The cafè is the only one in the park near the fountain. The athmosphere is very relaxing. There is a second level that is open air. I love to stay on the second floor to enjoy the fresh air but during the afternoon it gets hot. So if you plan to go there during that time, better stay on the first level.
They have airconditioner that lets you enjoy your coffee. The surounding is clean and did I mention the view? It is awesome here. One of my favorites in the city when I want to relax or get creative.
The famous underground river in Puerto Princesa. In the cave I enjoy to seeing the the jaw dropping cave formations in every spot, in the cave you’ll see the limestone and pristine waters. There are many species specially bats. It was a great experience inside.
This was an absolutely perfect experience! The place is stunning and everything is well organized. The boat tours are safe and informative. We went with organized trip from the hotel. Little did we know when they warned us about the bat drops that they can indeed be so dangerous.
You will enjoy every moment of this tour. All worth it.
Spelunking Adventure at Ugong Rock in Sabang
For all adventure lovers, do consider checking out Ugong Rock if you’re already planning on heading to Puerto Princesa for the Underground River tour. We did both the spelunking adventure as well as the superman zipline adventure. Of all the ziplines we’ve tried, this one is a big drop. Must try!
One of the best tourist spots in Puerto Princesa is the world-renowned Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park, which holds a place in the New7Wonders of Nature, and has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list since 1999.
The river's complex ecosystem has adapted to the underground environments over hundreds of years.
The variety of species in the caves is endemic to the river system, including fish, crabs, giant spiders, bats, swallows, and snakes. But bats and swallows are usually the only species you'll see.
Pay a visit to this natural treasure to see firsthand why it's a true wonder of the world.
Happy Moments in Palawan.
It was a fun trip. We went there to celebrate my partner's birthday. So far, we enjoyed a lot. Though we didn't get a chance to do an island hopping due to the bad weather during those day, but it was still fun. You'll never get bored around Puerto Princesa. A lot of things to do and places to visit. It's definitely worth the money and time especially with my Family.
Like the rest of Palawan, Puerto Princesa is a highly protected territory and considered one of the few green cities in the Philippines.
A third of its population is concentrated in the city proper, which is faces Puerto Princesa Bay. The rest of the city is underdeveloped, with huge trees, forests, mountains, and wide coastal beaches.
Add Puerto Princesa to your list of destination after this covid thing. We deserve to enjoy after all☀️
Coron and Calamian Islands are the ideal places for a delightful holiday in Palawan, Philippines: whether you want to relax on the beach or dive in the midst of a multitude of tropical fishes or go island hopping to discover the dozens of idyllic desert islands.

Hondabay is one of the best tourist attraction in Puerto Princessa, Palawan, Phillipines.
This place is paradise! So many beautiful views and you don't need a filter. Love the crystal clear blue water. And i was happy because I saw a big starfish when i walk down the white sand beach. And yeah this place is perfect for summer holiday! I took a one day tour package at that time, include island hoping and snorkeling. Quite affordable!
Many of the thousands of islands in the Philippines are too small to be commercialized with resorts. This makes them perfect for island hopping and day trips.
Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River National Park
This park features a spectacular limestone karst landscape with an underground river. One of the river's distinguishing features is that it emerges directly into the sea, and its lower portion is subject to tidal influences. The area also represents a significant habitat for biodiversity conservation. The site contains a full 'mountain-to-sea' ecosystem and has some of the most important forests in Asia.
Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River National Park encompasses one of the world’s most impressive cave systems, featuring spectacular limestone karst landscapes, pristine natural beauty, and intact old-growth forests and distinctive wildlife. It is located in the south-western part of the Philippine Archipelago on the mid western coast of Palawan, approximately 76 km northwest of Puerto Princesa and 360 km southwest of Manila.
